Chinese Market Research Analyst

Conducting research in both Chinese and American markets on Chinese churches, schools and non-profit entities, providing information and advice on strategy in these markets, and developing relationships with Chinese churches, schools and non-profits. The candidate must be knowledgeable of Chinese Christians in both the United States and in China, and has a good grasp of the Chinese church, in organizational, political and particularly theological aspects is needed as well as familiarity of Chinese culture, politics, and business practices in general.

The candidate will obtain market information through online and offline resources and through human resources including business and religious leaders. All research will be presented regularly to the business development team which will use this information to develop the company's strategy in this market.

Because of the complex nature of this job and the importance of the position for the Company, the candidate must have a master's degree from a divinity educational program. The candidate is required to be fluent in English and Chinese so that she will be performing her job duties efficiently.
